Sizing info We get our items from many different manufactures whose sizing all differs. Consequently, we are unable to create a size chart that works for all the items. Instead we have tried to make choosing the correct size easier by denoting “Junior” sizes for items that run smaller than normal “Women’s” sizes for items that run a little large than normal. If only the size is listed, then the item runs fairly true to usual. In some cases, the item description will give you more info on the sizing for that item. Processing and Shipping Times Most items have “usually ships” info listed with the item. If an order contains an item that usually ships next day and an item that usually ships in 3-5 days, the order should ship in 3-5 days, (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. In most cases, an order ships out in much less time, but delays do happen. On occasion, a certain item may be out of stock at the time of purchase and may take a few extra days until we can ship it. In those cases, we make every effort to contact you and let you know the item was delayed. If there are other items in your order that we have in stock, we usually will ship those and then the out of stock item when it comes in to us.
All orders are shipped by Priority Mail. Priority Mail costs $6.99 per order, plus $0.99 per item. Orders are shipped from Fort Wayne, IN and the Post Office states Priority Mail should arrive in 2-3 days. We make no guarantees as to when it is delivered as we have no control over the Post Office. The post office will send you an e-mail with the tracking info so you can track your package. Mail does run and is delivered on Saturday. We do ship to Canada. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to Canadian addresses.
Ordering Info We strive to make ordering from Camo Diva as simple as possible. Our orders are processed though Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE! You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, or you may log into your Paypal account and pay that way if you like. Debit cards that work like credit cards are accepted as well and run like a Visa or Mastercard, etc. Once an order is placed and you receive your confirmation page, your credit card will be charged the purchase amount and you will receive an e-mail receipt from Paypal as well as an e-mail confirmation from Camo Diva. If you do not receive these confirmations, your order did not go through. Your confirmation page will show a long order number that looks like this yhst-80385477250210-3045 The “3045” in this example is the order number that we use to process your order. Please refer to this number when contacting us. Once your order is received by us, it is processed and prepared for shipping. Please see “Shipping Info” above for time frames on order processing and shipping. If you have questions at any time, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Returns and Exchanges We only accept exchanges and returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of reciept. Exchanges should be mailed to Camo Diva 15907 LeBaron Lane, Huntertown, IN 46748. Please include $6 for shipping and handling. Also include your name, address, e-mail and phone as well as the size you’d like to exchange to. Exchanges are typically shipped back out 2-3 days after receipt. They are shipped by Priority Mail and are usually trackable. Returns that are in new, re-sellable condition will be refunded back to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the refunded price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
